All employees are encouraged to be proactive in their self-development to achieve professional status in their chosen discipline. Tony Gee will support you through this process where appropriate. In the past we have provided funding of course material and reimbursement of annual membership subscriptions for our staff to aid their development.

Our dedicated Graduate Training Scheme is accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). With graduates at Tony Gee given constant support through an assigned mentor, who will oversee and assist with their training up to chartership with either the ICE or IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers).

Our annual performance reviews are fundamental to our career development philosophy. With a number of courses and other personal development options available to all our employees.

In 2009, Tony Gee won the Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction Award.
